This was an easy one. But oh so sweet.
Ingredients:
240g block of white chocolate
1 tablespoon butter
125ml thickened cream
shredded coconut to toss.
Instructions:
1. Place chocolate, butter and cream into a saucepan and melt over low heat, stirring frequently.
2. When lumps are gone, put it in the fridge (or freezer if you are impatient), to let it go a bit firm.
3. When its firm enough to roll in your hands, use a tablespoon to scoop some chocolate mixture. Roll it in your hands. Then toss it in the shredded coconut until coated.
4. Put it back in the fridge to go hard.
5. Stack them on a plate.
Delicious, but only in small quantities.
