Christmas Australia is a site to share the spirit of Christmas in Australia.

It is also a replacement for my previous hand-coded Christmas site, (after I lost the domain when I didn't get the renewal email) and an experiment in using a CMS (Content Management System), where you can simply login and change the content without having to know to program websites. I used Drupal, an open-source CMS, and customised the appearance to suit my colours and needs. I chose Drupal because it is search-engine-friendly, has lots of interactive modules such as forums and galleries, and an active developer community. If you would like a Drupal website built, please feel welcome to contact me.

So, if you have a Christmas picture, a recipe or a story about how you celebrate Christmas, you can share it with others by joining as a member. It's free.

If you do join, I reserve the right to send you an email occasionally. It will be pretty rare.

I will not share your email address or information with any third party. Unless the government forces me to legally.

You can only contribute information that you have copyright to. This includes pictures, stories and recipes.

You promise not to be rude, offensive or mean. Online or offline.

If something nasty gets posted or uploaded, I reserve the right to delete it and cancel your membership.
