I have been reading your comments about Christmas cave. They have gone into voluntary winding up on 30th September, 2009. They trade under the name of Christmas Australia Pty Ltd.
The Melbourne store in Lygon St Brunswick, is open until Christmas Eve 2009 and then it will be closed, I went there a week ago, and their stock has been re=arranged and is quite expensive as they are trying to sell off what they have, it seems that Christmas Kingdom has bought them out and they will be opening another store next year under the name of Christmas Kingdom somewhere in the same vicinity. Christmas Kingdom already has a store down in Parkdale.
We now have about 4 Christmas stores closed in Melbourne, it seems to be that China and Australia have some different trading agreement, and our christmas buyers did not order as much this year for our stores, and it seems that China are having some internal country employment problems. This is not a good year to buy Christmas decorations in Melbourne. let's hope that next year will be better for those of us who like to decorate our homes.
